Thank you for choosing us for all your advertising, design, illustration, website and wedding stationery needs. We would like to inform you that we have your best interest at heart and strive to give you the best possible service!
We want to keep you updated on the guidelines and time management processes that we have recently put in place to ensure that you are truly satisfied with the product and service you receive from us.
- It is normal for us to be fully booked 7 working days in advance, at any given time. So if you have a tight deadline please communicate this clearly to us so that we can manage our time accordingly.
- All orders are to be sent through at least 7 working days in advance, so that we can ensure that your order gets done on time (This excludes wedding stationery orders and websites).
- All rush orders or orders that is sent within 24 hours time will be invoiced at an additional 60% of the quoted amount.
- A maximum of 3x changes is allowed on all designs; thereafter changes will be invoiced at R400 per hour.
- We will only start with the design or website when we have ALL the information from the client’s side for example, all text, photos, logo’s etc.
- We can only start with a project once a 50% deposit is paid as proof of acceptance of the quotation.
- Websites take longer than normal designs, because there is so much attention to detail and information that goes into it. We also put a lot of effort into your product to ensure that you have the best possible product at the end of the day!
- Any website can take up to 4 weeks or more to design and develop, depending on how busy we are and and what the extent of the site or online shop is.
- We work on a first-in-first-out basis and clients that send their orders or changes late will have to fall into the production queue.
